1 new duck

1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

Clean the duck and marinate it in oregano for approximately 8 hours
Cook the duck in a greased roasting pan, topped with slices of prosciutto, and put it in the oven
When the duck starts to release its juices, remove one cup of sauce and mix it with half of the orange juice concentrate
Keep basting the duck with this mixture until it's very tender
When the duck is done, remove all the sauce
Cook the remaining orange juice concentrate with the flour dissolved in milk, stirring constantly until thickened
Serve the sauce separately and garnish with slices of orange, serving the duck alongside.
