2 ducks weighing 2 to 2.5 kg each

Mix 1 tablespoon of curry powder with the garlic, pepper sauce, and salt
Rub the ducks inside and out with this mixture
Place in a baking dish, bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 1.5 hours
Mix together honey, orange juice, lemon juice, and remaining curry powder
Brush the duck with this honey mixture while it's baking, making sure to coat all surfaces
With a fork, poke holes in the skin of the duck as it bakes, allowing excess fat to escape
In the last 15-20 minutes, increase oven temperature to hot (220°C) for crispy skin
Garnish with orange slices, grapes, and maraschino cherries
Serve 6 portions.
