Cut the pineapple slices and reserve the juice
In a pan, combine the condensed milk, milk, and butter
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and mix in the heavy cream and pineapple
Reserve some pineapple for decorating
Topping
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with sugar until firm
Mix in the heavy cream
Assembly
In a serving dish, alternate layers of moistened cookies and creamy mixture
Spread the topping and refrigerate.
