1 In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk, and yolks
Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly until thickened
Pour into a refrigerator and let cool
2 In the same saucepan, put the chocolate and add half a cup of water
Let it boil then remove from heat
3 Dip the biscuits in this chocolate mixture and arrange them over the whipped cream in the refrigerator
Cover with the remaining chocolate sauce
4 Beat the egg whites until fluffy and mix with whipped cream
Place on top of the biscuits
5 Chill before serving, then dust with shaved chocolate.
