In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk and dissolved cornstarch in milk
Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Let it cool and mix in the heavy cream
Next, separate the syrup from the passion fruit and reserve
Cut the passion fruit into pieces
In a refrigerator, layer a soaked biscuit in the passion fruit syrup, a layer of prepared cream, and a layer of cut passion fruit
Alternate layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of passion fruit
Let it chill before serving.
