Pecan nuts
2 eggs (separated whites and yolks)
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

100 g of maraschino cherry preserves with syrup
250 g of whipped cream
200 g of dark chocolate, chopped

200 g of dark chocolate, chopped
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Mix in the yolks and sugar, without stopping
Add the warm milk and beat for another three minutes
Remove from the mixer, add flour, cocoa powder, and yeast sifted together
Mix well
2 Place in a rectangular baking dish greased and floured
Bake for approximately 20 minutes
Let cool, then unmold and cut into small rectangles
Pit the cherries, reserving some for decoration
Set aside the preserves' syrup
3 In individual servings, place a layer of pecan nuts and moisten with the cherry syrup
Dust with cherries and chocolate
Top with whipped cream
Bake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Decorate with grated chocolate and cherries.
