1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cut the chicken breasts in half
Season with salt and lemon juice
Make a slit in the skin of the breast and gently pry it open, being careful not to tear the sides
2 In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and black pepper to form a paste
Stuff the breasts by placing the spinach mixture between the skin and the meat
3 Close the opening with toothpicks
Brush the margarine on the chicken, place them in a baking dish, and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
