4 large chicken breast fillets, softened
Stuffing
250g ground beef
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Chopped parsley to taste
1 egg white
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mashed potato starch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 large chicken breast fillets, softened

In a bowl, mix well the ground beef, almonds, parsley, egg white, onion, potato starch, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Shape eight rolls with the mixture and place on top of the chicken breast
Roll up and secure with toothpicks
Arrange them in a greased baking dish
Brush each roll with a little butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and let it brown
Serve sliced.
