1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 and 1/2 cups of white wine

Clean the pork ribs and make incisions on the skin with a sharp knife

Set aside
Place the pork ribs in the same pan, skin side down, and let them sear until they start to bleed from the top
Remove from heat and drain excess fat with a spoon
Dust the sweet and sour seasoning blend over the pork ribs and flip them to brown the other side
Reserve the cooked meat
In the same pan, simmer the vinegar and white wine, then add the reserved onions and carrots, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Let it reduce until a sauce forms and serve with the meat sliced
