2 cups of water
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry
4 bananas-plata without skin
3 tomato slices
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 green pepper, sliced into strips
Salt, white peppercorns, and chopped coriander to taste
For frying
Vegetable oil

Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Passe the fillets in wheat flour
Fry them in hot vegetable oil
Drain on paper towels and transfer to a serving dish

Combine water, vinegar, and salt in a saucepan
When boiling, add coriander, tomato, onion, and green pepper
Cook for three minutes or until slightly tender
Pour over the fish

Fry the banana slice lightly in the same frying pan used for the fish
Pile it on the serving dish and serve.
