1 fish of 2.5 kg (Namorado or Robalo)
1 kg of shrimp with shells
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 orange with peel, cut into wedges
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
4 sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper in grains
500 g of potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon of vinegar
4 onions, cut into rings
150 g of green scallions
1 cup of dry white wine
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Have the fishmonger clean the fish from its belly
Wash it well and pat dry
Clean the shrimp and reserve
Place the fish in a large baking dish, greased with olive oil, and distribute inside the cavity the orange, garlic, parsley, and black pepper in grains
Season the fish outside with salt and black pepper
Put it in the oven at 200°C (preheated) for 20 minutes
While this is happening, blanch the potatoes in boiling water and salt with vinegar for 1 minute
After 20 minutes, add the potatoes, onion, scallion, and wine to the baking dish
Put it back in the oven for another hour
Season the shrimp with salt and lemon juice, and add to the fish's baking dish
Finish baking for an additional 5 minutes
Serve hot
