Season the fish with salt and black pepper to taste and place it in a low-refrigerator shape
Drizzle with oil or olive oil and cover with aluminum foil
Place it in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until the fish is tender
Remove from the oven, pour the sauce over the fish, and serve immediately
For the sauce: place the egg and lime juice in the blender cup
Turn on the appliance and add the oil or olive oil gradually (in a thread)
Blend until it forms a cream
Place it in a bowl, season with salt, and mix with guava pulp and cucumber
Serves 4 to 6 people.
