Place the water and fish seasoning in a pot
Mix well, add the fish cubes and bring to a boil. Reserve
Heat the milk, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, mix in heavy cream and reserve
Slice the bananas into strips lengthwise
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet and cook the banana
In a serving dish, arrange the fish cubes, top with the cream sauce and banana slices
Serve immediately.
