4 fillets of your preferred fish (such as salmon, red snapper, or cod) (520g)
1 teaspoon of salt to taste
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices (240g)
1 cup of natural yogurt (200g)
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro

Season the fish fillets with salt and lemon juice
Fry the fish in a medium skillet with olive oil
Cook for 3 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until cooked through
In the same skillet, add the tomato slices and yogurt
Cover and let simmer for a while
Remove from heat
Transfer the cooked fish to a serving dish, spoon the yogurt-tomato mixture over the top, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro
Serve hot
