Grease a baking dish with butter
Lay the rosemary sprigs over the butter
Clean the cod fish and season it with salt and pepper both inside and outside
Place the cod in the baking dish
Cover with creamy sour cream and sprinkle with lime juice
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and golden brown
Baste frequently.
