1 kg of golden filet

Coat with wheat flour and fry in oil. Reserve
Mix the potatoes with cream
Add salt, grated cheese, and half of the butter
Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Reserve
Prepare the white sauce: caramelize the onion in the remaining butter
Add the flour dissolved in milk and simmer until thickened
Season with salt and nutmeg. Reserve
Assemble the dish: In a greased baking dish, create a layer of mashed potato
Cover with fish and spread bananas
Make a layer with mozzarella and cover with white sauce
Bake until golden.
