1 whole fish of 1 kg (tilapia)
1 piece of chopped bacon
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper

Season the fish with salt
Place the bacon on a plate, cover with paper towel and microwave in high power for 1 minute
Remove the paper, add the onion and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes at the same power level
Mix the remaining ingredients
Stuff the fish and close the ends with toothpicks
Tie with string
Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes until the fish is cooked
Test with a fork: if the meat flakes apart, it's done
Let it sit in the oven for another 2 minutes
Serve immediately.
