1 package of penne pasta
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 cans of beer
1 beef broth cube
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the penne pasta in abundant water according to the manufacturer's instructions
While that's cooking, prepare the sauce
Sauté the chopped onion in butter
Add one can of beer and the beef broth cube and let it simmer for another few minutes
At another part dissolve the cornstarch in the other can of beer and pour it into the pan
Cook, stirring very well to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan, until thickened
Season with salt and black pepper
Serve immediately.
