Bring 5 liters of water to a boil with one tablespoon of salt
Add the penne and cook until al dente
Drain and reserve

In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the garlic and four cups of spinach leaves
Refine, stirring constantly, for two minutes

Season with salt and blend until smooth in a processor
