1/2 cup of vinegar

1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of green pepper, seeded and finely chopped (medium)
1/2 cup of onion, finely chopped (medium)
1/4 cup of red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of caraway seeds
1/2 pound of sauerkraut
slices of rye bread
120 grams of cheddar cheese
slices of canned meat

Combine the vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan, allowing the sugar to dissolve
Let it cool down
Mix together the parsley, green pepper, onion, red bell pepper, caraway seeds, and sauerkraut
Add the mixture of vinegar and mix well
Chill in the refrigerator
To prepare the sandwiches, place cheese on half of the rye bread slices
Top with slices of canned meat
Place a small amount of the sauerkraut mixture on each sandwich, followed by another slice of rye bread
If desired, serve with cold meat afterwards.
