1 cup cooked soy, cooled (see basic recipe)
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste extract
2 tablespoons black olives, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Salty crackers

Mash the soy with a fork and mix with all other ingredients except for the salty crackers
Chill in the refrigerator and serve with salty crackers
Serve 6 portions.
