1 package of cooked penne pasta
2 eggplants, diced
100g ground beef (or leftover cooked meat)
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups tomato sauce
1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste

Fry the onion in olive oil
Add the eggplant and fry for an additional 3 minutes
Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer
Combine the ground beef and baking soda
Cook for about 10 minutes, then season with salt, black pepper, and oregano
Serve over penne pasta.
