Peel the bell pepper
Cut it in half lengthwise
Cut into 3 pieces
Remove the pulp from the bell pepper with a spoon
Cover the 6 bell pepper pieces with water and simmer for 8 minutes
Dissolve the bouillon tablet in 1 cup of bell pepper broth
Drain the bell pepper
Mix the beef with the softened bread, onion, salt, and pepper
Stuff the bell pepper pieces with this mixture
Place them in a refractory dish greased
Add the broth
Dust with cornstarch and cheese
Cover with butter bits
Bake at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
