1/2 kg of peeled pears, seedless and cut into four pieces
1 1/4 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of mint cream

Place the pears in a pressure cooker
Mix the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves
Pour it over the pears
Close the pressure cooker when steam starts to come out, wait for 2 minutes
Quickly chill under cold running water
Let the fruit cool completely and add the liqueur
In a regular pot it would take about 25 minutes
Leave it at room temperature.
