1 turkey
8 slices of bacon
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of chopped onion
Filling:
10 tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomato
4 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 large onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
chicken broth (in tablet form)

Filling:

Mix together salt, pepper, vinegar, and onion
Rub this mixture inside and outside the turkey
Let it rest while preparing the filling
Fry the onion in butter or margarine
Mix all the ingredients of the filling and add to butter with onion
Mix well
Moisten with chicken broth until a flavorful filling is achieved
Place this filling inside the turkey and close the opening with skewers
Place the turkey in a greased baking dish
Spread a little bit of butter or margarine over the entire turkey
Cover with slices of bacon
Cover the turkey with aluminum foil and bake
Remove only 25 minutes before the end of cooking, when the bacon starts to brown
When the bacon starts to golden, remove it and at the end, drizzle with a little wine.
