Season the cod fillets with lemon juice and salt
Dredge them in all-purpose flour and set aside
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the cod fillets
Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through
Check if the fish is cooked by inserting a fork; if it flakes apart, it's done
Add the gorgonzola cheese and milk to the skillet, stir well, and let simmer
Remove from heat and serve
