Preheat the oven to 220°C
Season the cod fillets with garlic and salt
Rinse and pat dry the bell peppers
In a baking dish, place the bell peppers and bake for 20 minutes or until the skin is translucent
Do not remove from the oven
Leave the bell peppers in the oven
Remove the skin, cut them in half, and seed them
Place 1/2 bell pepper on each cod fillet, roll up, and secure with toothpick
Dust with breadcrumbs and a pinch of hot pepper flakes
In a greased baking dish, arrange the rolled-up cod fillets and bake at 180°C until cooked through
Sauce: Sauté the onion in olive oil, add oregano, remaining hot pepper flakes, lime juice, and salt to taste
Serve with the fish.
