2 peeled oranges
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of water

Peel the ginger and cut it into pieces
Remove the seeds from the oranges and cut them into smaller pieces
Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds
Blend the oranges, ginger, tomato, and raisins in a blender until smooth
Season the fish fillets with salt and spread the ginger paste over them
Roll them up like a roulade and secure with toothpicks
Arrange them on a refrigerator dish and moisten with water
Heat them in the microwave at medium power for four minutes, or until they are tender
Serve with rice.
