1 cup grated Provolone cheese

1 cup cooked rice crisps
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into small balls
Place them on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated to 375°F (190°C), for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned
Store the cheese fritters in an airtight container.
