Beforehand...
Bake the oven at 150oC and let it preheat.

Open the pastry dough
With the cutters, cut out different designs
Don't forget to use up any leftover dough too
Place the snacks in the refrigerator
Mix together the olive oil, salt, and oregano, and drizzle over the snacks
Bake for about three minutes
Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly! They're very delicate.
