2 and 1/2 tablespoons of wheat flour sifted

5 egg whites

Sift the strawberries into a bowl
Add the butter, sugar, eggs, and egg whites
Mix well with a hard spatula or wooden spoon to form a homogeneous mixture
Add the flour and mix well. Reserve
Butter and flour ten muffin tin cups and distribute the strawberry jam mixture among them
Place the muffin tin cups in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at high heat for 12 minutes
Remove from molds and serve with whipped cream cheese.
