3 eggs
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of caniça flour
1 cup of wheat flour
3 eggs
Place the water, oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a pot

Cook without stopping, until the mixture detaches from the bottom of the pot
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool completely
Add the eggs and whisk with a wooden spoon until the mass is homogeneous but not too firm
Shape into balls about 6 cm in diameter, using hands greased with oil
Place them on a baking sheet and bake at moderate temperature (180°C)
Bake for about 1 hour, or until the fritters are firm and golden brown
Let them cool and store in a closed container
Fry 10 fritters.
