Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Cut the pork fat into small cubes and fry it
Add the beef and chopped onion
Let the beef brown on all sides
Add hot water and let it cook until tender
Add the bean sprouts and cook for an additional 10 minutes
Remove the beef from the sauce
Add the cream mixed with wheat flour
Add white wine and a pinch of thyme
Check the seasoning
If the water evaporates during cooking, add more hot water
To serve, slice into thin strips and serve with the sauce
