1 ripe papaya
2 cups (chopped) of cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup (chopped) of clean picado salt
1 tablespoonful of finely chopped scallion
1 tablespoon of curry powder (à venda nos supermercados)
2 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
Season to taste

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Cut the papaya in half and carefully remove the pulp with a spoon
Leave the skin intact and reserve
Dice the pulp into small cubes and combine with the chicken

Add the remaining ingredients and mix slowly
Place half of that mixture into each papaya skin and cover with aluminum foil

Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes
Serve immediately.
