Blend all ingredients in a blender. Reserve
Clean the meat well and marinate it in the reserved mixture for about a day, flipping it occasionally
Place the meat in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) until the meat is tender and nicely browned
As it's cooking, brush the meat with the marinade to prevent it from drying out
Serve with cooked vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
