Preheat the oven to a very high temperature
In a baking dish, season the picanha with salt, garlic, and black pepper
Bake for about 40 minutes
Brush the picanha with half a cup of orange juice and bake for another 15 minutes
Brush with another cup of orange juice
Flip the picanha and bake for about 20 minutes
Add the remaining orange juice and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
