Pound the veal slices to make them very thin
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Melt a small amount of butter in a skillet, add half of the veal slices and cook for 1 minute on each side
Remove from heat and keep warm
Add the remaining veal slices and more butter if needed, and cook similarly on both sides
Remove and keep warm
Add the lemon juice, butter, and parsley to the same skillet, stirring well
Serve warm for 4 people.
