In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion until it's soft
Don't let it brown
Nest step: Add paprika, milk, pepper, and season with salt
Reduce the heat and cook with the lid on for 15 minutes or until the pepper is tender

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over high heat and fry the bacon until it's crispy
Drain on paper towels and add to the sauce
Mix well and serve immediately.
