2 cloves of garlic
5 g of dried Spanish pepper (guindilla)

3 pickled red peppers (pimientos del piquillo) drained and seeded
120 g of brandade of cod
3 slices of ciabatta bread
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce

Step 1: Cook the cod in a generous amount of oil over low heat for about 20 minutes
In a processor, mix the cod with the oil, garlic, and dried pepper
Step 2: Add heavy cream until it reaches the right consistency
Adjust the seasoning as needed
Stuffed Peppers
Stuff the peppers with the brandade and serve with a drizzle of olive oil
Serve with toasted ciabatta bread topped with tomato sauce.
