3 tablespoons of white rum
1/3 cup of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
1 cup of cubed ice
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice of pineapple for garnish

Blend the rum, juice, and coconut milk in a blender until smooth
Add the ice and blend until creamy consistency is reached
Pour into a tall glass or tumbler and garnish with the cherry and pineapple slice
Serve chilled.
