Wash the pineapple well and cut off the tops
Cook the pineapple in a pressure cooker for approximately 30 minutes after the pot starts to clear or becomes very soft
Remove the pineapple chunks and reserve
Melt the chocolate according to the packaging instructions and bathe the pineapples
Place them to dry on butter paper
Decorate with holly leaves and serve.
