In a pan, heat 5 cups of coconut milk with the salt
In a medium bowl, mix well the rice flour with the remaining coconut milk
Gradually add this mixture to the hot coconut milk, stirring constantly until the pudding comes away from the sides of the pan
Pour into a mold
Let it cool and unmold.
