Work with the chocolate in the same way as indicated for making an egg (see step-by-step instructions on page 126)
Fill molds, place wooden stick for handle and smooth surface with a spatula
Refrigerate until firm and demold
If desired, tint white chocolate with food coloring and decorate truffles
Serve 2 truffles (4 halves)
Note: to make rabbit-shaped chocolates, proceed in the same way.
