1 cup of unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup of sour cream or 1 small cup of plain yogurt
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking soda

Glaze:
2 cups of glaze
2 tablespoons of water

Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (190°C)
Grease molds and set aside
In a large bowl, beat the butter or margarine with the sugar
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Add the sour cream or plain yogurt
In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts
With one part of the dough, place spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) in the molds, leaving a 5 cm gap between each portion
Cut the chocolates into thin slices
Place a slice on top of each mound of dough
Add a wooden pick or common toothpick to the end of each one
Cover with the remaining dough, covering the chocolate well
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Let cool
Desire, decorate with glaze
To make the glaze: place the glaze in a bowl and add water gradually until you get the desired consistency to spread
Add food coloring, mix well, and decorate as desired
Make about 50 chocolate surprise balls.
