1/2 sheet of active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
Salt to taste
Filling
1 cup tomato sauce
400g shredded mozzarella cheese
200g crumbled cheddar cheese
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
Olive oil, black pepper, and oregano to taste

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar, mix with milk, olive oil, flour, egg, and salt
Knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous, cover with plastic wrap and let rest until it doubles in size
Knead the dough again and divide into two parts
Roll out each disk and place on a round baking sheet
Put in preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 20 minutes
Let cool down
Assemble each pizza with topping: spread tomato sauce, cheese, and cherry tomatoes
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle black pepper and oregano
Return to the oven until the cheese melts
Serve immediately, nice and hot
