Grease a pizza pan with oil
Moisten the cooked macaroni with a little oil and place it in the pan
Place the skinned tomatoes, broken into pieces, on top of the macaroni
Sprinkle salt over the tomatoes
Cover them with grated cheese, cut into small squares, and cooked ham, sliced into strips
Add some black olives without pits
Sprinkle with black pepper and oregano to taste
Cover with a little oil and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 15 minutes
Let it rest for 4-5 hours.
