Dough
2 cups cooked soy, 1/2 cup soybean oil, salt to taste
3/4 cup soy milk
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (dough will be slightly sticky)
Topping
3 large tomatoes diced
1/2 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
salt to taste
a pinch of parsley flakes
black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
oregano to taste
shredded mozzarella cheese
Dough

Combine all dough ingredients, mix well, and spread in a round baking dish, large enough to hold the mixture
Make the topping: In a pan, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, salt, and oregano
Bring to a boil until the tomato breaks down
Pour the topping over the dough and cover with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes
Note: Soybeans must be soaked overnight before cooking, then prepared like common beans.
