Degas the puff pastry sheets with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
In a pan, melt the butter, sauté the onion, add the tomato and sausage, and cook for 5 minutes
Turn off the heat and mix in the ricotta cheese
Distribute the mixture over the pastry, top with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle oregano, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the mozzarella melts
