250g of crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
100g of softened butter at room temperature
Basic polenta recipe
Mix the cheese and butter well together
Prepare the polenta and spread half of it on a wooden cutting board forming a 22cm diameter circle
Fill with the gorgonzola mixture, leaving a 1cm border
Cover with the remaining polenta, still hot, closing the edges
Serve immediately
Serves 10 people
