    Make a polenta with coarse cornmeal and serve with butter and grated cheese or with tomato sauce, or even with meat and tomato ragout. Use leftovers to create a great dish: cut the cold polenta into slices or small cubes. Butter a baking dish and layer it with polenta, another layer of Minas cheese in slices (or prata cheese). Bake in the oven. Leftover polenta can be simply browned all over in a little butter or coconut oil and served with tomato sauce or ragout.
